Adjustment for Floor Types

The vacuum cleaner has a brushbar height

adjuster that raises and lowers the brushbar

to suit different carpet types. With the cleaner

NOT connected to the electrical outlet, set the

adjustment to the lowest setting for maximum

brushbar must reach the carpet for effective

cleaning. (Fig.4/3).

To use the telescopic handle, release the

handle by pushing the handle release button

and connect the hose to the top of the

telescopic handle (Fig.5/3).

Attach the desired accessory to the end of

the telescope handle (Fig.5/4).

CAUTION: The brushbar continues to rotate

while the hose is removed and at all times

when the vacuum cleaner is on. Keep hair,

loose clothing, fingers and all parts of the body

away from the brush area while the vacuum

cleaner is on. The vacuum cleaner must be in

the upright position to lift the rotating brushbar

off the carpet when cleaning with extendible

hose. When using tools/accessories, the

its highest position.
