If you have an issue with your Dell printer that cannot be resolved

over the phone, we will ship you a replacement unit the next business day.

All you do is set up your new printer, ship back the defective unit

We will apply standard or custom asset tags for your printers and labels

for your packing boxes. Information on asset tags can include: customer

name, service tag, purchase order number, order number, order date,

model number, shipping address, system component data and/or

customer-supplied information.
