Testing
1. After system reboots, open MIDAS Local Client application.
2. The MIDAS Network Management System Logon prompt will appear. Log on to
MIDAS Controller. See MIDAS System Operator’s Guide for instructions for logon.

3. After connecting to the Controller, the Initial Configuration Startup prompt will ap-
pear. See MIDAS System Operator’s Guide for instructions on initial configuration
procedures.
If Local Client fails to connect after verifying all preparation steps, verify Local Client Preparation
and Controller, and Verification steps from Chapter 2.
