Maintenance and cleaning

o You should regularly check the mini personal alarm to see if it is

safe and working properly.

o Use a dry or slightly moist cloth for cleaning the device, if neces-

sary impregnated with a little mild soap solution. Never use petrol,
thinners or similar chemicals.

Disposal

Dispose of packaging materials, exhausted batteries and worn out devices
at a local authority approved disposal facility.
In accordance with European Directive 2002/96/EC (covering waste
electrical and electronic equipment) and its transposition into national
legislation, worn out electrical devices must be collected separately and
taken for environmentally compatible recycling. Take out the batteries
before you dispose of electrical devices.
As the end user you have a duty to recycle or properly dispose of your
used batteries. Batteries must not be disposed of with the household
refuse.

Guarantee

This product carries a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase. This
product has been carefully manufactured and conscientiously checked
before delivery. Please retain the sales voucher as proof of purchase. In
the event of a claim under the guarantee please telephone the service
centre for your country to ensure that your goods can be returned at no
cost. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not
transferable. Furthermore, the guarantee is restricted to defects in material
and manufacture only. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage
to fragile parts such as the button or the light. The product is intended for
private and domestic use exclusively. It is not intended for commercial use.
The guarantee is void in the event of misuse or improper handling, the
use of force or interference unless carried out by the service centre.
This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.
