Dissolve in 600 ml distilled water, adjust to pH 11.0
with conc. NaOH.
Adjust volume to 1.0 liter.
• For a 3-buffer system, refer to Kyhse-
Anderson, J. (1984).
• Transfer efficiency varies depending on the
gel concentration, which can be optimized.
