2.5 Power Connection
The 4 10/100TX + 2 or 1 100FX Industrial Switch supports dual +12 ~ 48 V
DC
power
inputs and power-fail relay output.

You can connect an alarm indicator, buzzer or other signaling equipment through the
relay output. The relay opens if power input 1 or 2 fails (
“Open” means if you connect
relay output with an LED, the light would be off).
