4.8 Emergency Stop
The Emergency Stop button should be used only for emergency stop.
Regularly check the operating performance.
If it is necessary to stop the generator for emergency,
press the Emergency Stop button
.
To reset the button, turn the button head in the
direction of the arrow. If it is not reset, the machine
cannot restart to operate
.
4.9 Air Bleeding
Should the machine stop due to the shortage of fuel, perform the air bleeding operation according to
the following procedures.
<Procedure>
① Fill the fuel tank with fuel.
② Loosen air bleed plug “2” at the fuel filter head “1”.
③ Loosen wing nut “4” holding lever “3” of the priming pump.
④ Push in lever “3”repeatedly.Check that no more bubbles come out with the fuel from air bleed plug (B).
⑤ Tighten air bleed plug “2”,then loosen air bleeding plug “5”.
⑥ After that,repeatedly push lever “3” in.Check that no more bubbles come out with the fuel from
air bleed plug “5”.
⑦ Tighten air bleed plug “5”,then loosen air bleeder “7”of supply pump “6”.
⑧ After that,repeatedly push lever “3”in. Check that no more bubbles come out with the fuel from air
bleeder“7”.
⑨ Tighten air bleeder “7”.
⑩ Tighten wing nut “4”securely to lock lever “3”in position.
⑪ Turn the key in the starting switch to the “START ”position and start the engine.
When doing this,do not crank the starting motor continuously for more than 20 seconds.if the
engine does not start,wait for at least 2 minutes,then try again.Perform this operation a maximum
of 4 times.
⑫ If the engine does not start,repeat the operation from Step ②.
