PATGuard e-Scheduler

PATGuard Elite SQL has the ability to ‘look ahead’ to show Assets that need re-testing over any given period,
including an inclusive period in the future. Test scheduling can be either Automatic or Manual. Automatic
schedules are driven by PATGuard e-Scheduler.

Auto Scheduling

PATGuard Elite SQL has the ability to run Schedules automatically. When a Schedule is triggered the program can
create Local Schedules and Remote Schedules depending on Auto Scheduler settings. Local Schedules display
Assets that require re-test on the main window of the program. Remote Schedules cause an emailed report to be
sent to pre-set email addresses. Schedules are triggered even if PATGuard Elite SQL is not running.

Auto Scheduling alerts users automatically when Assets require re-testing and allows users to manage Assets
centrally no matter where they are located.

Auto Scheduler

The Auto Scheduler allows the user to set up Schedule trigger conditions for all levels of the PATGuard Elite SQL
tree structure. These levels are Client, Site and Location. The trigger conditions are monitored by PATGuard e-
Manager when the database is free i.e. not open in PATGuard Elite SQL. Should a trigger be activated then
PATGuard e-Manager will automatically issue a Local and/or Remote Schedule.

To set an Auto Schedule, select the appropriate Client, Site or Location then right mouse click to display the
context menu. Select Auto Scheduler...

The following window is displayed when launched from the highest level Clients or Sites

For lower levels like Sites or Locations the following Window is displayed.
