DAILY
Wipe the unit down and spray with a rest preventative when being operated in a
climate with severe humidity.
If the Mandrel is operated in such a way that the Mandrel collects chips or
debris near the head, the Head should be cleaned after each cutting opera-
tion.
Visually inspect for loose screws, missing bolts, or damage due to impact.
Replace missing parts as necessary. Tighten all loose screws.
Contact TRI TOOL Inc. if major repair is required.
STORAGE
Before storing the unit clean and coat the mandrel and rod assembly with a light film
of oil.
Do Not coat the Nylon Sleeve or Head Assembly.
