Thawing

When thawing meat, fish and glazed or filled
baked products, such as Swiss rolls, the
temperature should be set at zero.

Grids or shelves can be placed in several

slots when there is much to thaw. Timing can
not be precise, so it is always a good idea to
check with a probe.
