Registering iMC BIMS
The iMC BIMS registration method on Windows is similar to that on Linux. The following describes how
to register iMC BIMS on a Windows Server 2003-based machine.
Obtaining a license
The unregistered iMC BIMS has a trial period of 45 days. To use the iMC BIMS software without time
limitation, you must obtain a license and register your iMC BIMS.
NOTE:
An unregistered iMC BIMS version is the same as a registered one in functionality.
To obtain a license, perform the following steps:
Step1 On the Login window, click Register. The Select the operation to perform dialog box appears, as shown
in
Figure 27 .

Step2 In the Select the operation to perform window, type the password of the user admin. Select Apply for a
new license or update the current license from the Select the operation to perform drop-down list. Then
click Next to enter the page shown in Figure 28 .
