2. Add each of the groups you created for your newsroom (if you are using the
typical security schema, add the groups Archivists, Editors, Ingestors,
Producers, and Viewers).
3. Set permissions for each group according to the chart on page 46.
4. Click OK .
Setting NewsEdit Bin Permissions
Permissions for the NewsEdit bins are set in the Properties tab for each Bin.
Follow the instructions below and set the permissions for each bin in your top-
level NewsEdit bin.
F = Full Control
L = List Folder Contents
R = Read
W = Write
