Measure the
insulation
resistance.
At least once a
year
Disconnect the Servomo-
tor from the SERVOPACK
and measure the insulation
resistance at 500 V with
an insulation resistance
meter. (Measurement
method: Measure the
resistance between phase
U, V, or W on the Servo-
motor’s power line and
FG.)
The insulation is normal if
the resistance is 10 M
Ω or
higher.
If the resis-
tance is less
than 10 M
Ω,
contact your
Yaskawa repre-
sentative.
Replace the
oil seal. At least once
every 5,000 hours Contact your Yaskawa
representative.
This inspec-
tion applies
only to Servo-
motors with Oil
Seals.
Overhaul
At least once
every 5 years or
every 20,000
hours
Contact your Yaskawa
representative.
