a. Check iScan platform server works normal or not.
b. Check MDVR CMS setup
Note:Device ID Length should be 12 digit if you are using the new firmware version .
10. Can not control PTZ?
a. Check RS 485 li-ne connect correct?
b. Check PTZ protocol setup, the setting should suits your camera.
11. Why cannot hear voice when visit real - time video, even already enable audio encoding?
When video encoding set to “D1” or “HALF D1”, audio encoding setting is useless.
