Replacing the Main Batteries (AA Alkaline Batteries)
Important! • Note the polarity (orientation of the and the ) of the AA alkaline
batteries when installing them.
• Be sure to turn off the power before removing the batteries.
• Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the Handheld Terminal
for an extended period of time.
Loading the Main Batteries

Slide the main battery compartment cover
lock upwards and remove the main battery
compartment cover.

Load the AA alkaline batteries oriented as
shown in the diagram.

Replace the main battery compartment cover
back onto the Handheld Terminal as shown in
the diagram.
