B Group selection.
* This message is not sent by this device. This device is
capable of receiving this message only.
Š Rx.Caf and Tx.Paf are turned on by default the first time
you turn on device power after initializing it. This means
that Tx.Caf and Rx.Paf can be turned off only by receipt of
the prescribed messages.
