10.7 Draining the fuel tank and carburetor
A: float bowl
B: drain bolt
C: washer
D: fuel filter
 Place an approved fuel container below the carburetor, and use a funnel to avoid spilling
fuel.
 Remove the drain bolt, then move the fuel valve lever to the ON position.
 After all the fuel has drained into the container, reinstall the drain bolt and washer. Tighten
the drain bolt securely.
