Maintenance

Note: To ensure long and reliable service, carry out the following maintenance regularly.
 Regularly check for obvious defects such as loose fixings, and worn or damaged

components.

 Check that covers and guards are undamaged and correctly fitted.
 Carry out necessary maintenance or repairs before using.

The grass trimmer will continue to rotate for a while after the power is
switched off.

9.3

Knife Maintenance

 To remove the worn knife (9), push it in direction of the arrow until it snaps off the pivot.
 Clean the pivot of any residual plastic/debris with a sharp knife.
 To refit the new knife, place the eyelet over the pivot and pull outwards until it snaps into

place.
