Q Colocação em funcionamento
Q Colocar / Substituir pilhas (ver figura)
j Retire o carregador para pilhas 3 do produto, desaparafusando a
base 4 no sentido contrário ao dos ponteiros do relógio e puxando
o carregador para pilhas 3 para fora.
j Coloque três pilhas de 1,5 V / AAA.
Nota: Tenha em atenção a polaridade correcta. Esta é indicada no
carregador para pilhas 3 .
j Volte a inserir o carregador para pilhas 3 no produto e aparafuse a
base 4 , no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio, ao produto.
Q Ligar / Desligar
j Prima o botão LIGAR / DESLIGAR 2 para ligar a lanterna de bolso 1 .
j Prima novamente o botão LIGAR / DESLIGAR 2 para desligar a
lanterna de bolso 1 .
Q Limpeza e conservação
j Limpe o aparelho apenas por fora com um pano seco e macio.
j Nunca utilize líquidos ou detergentes, pois estes danificam o aparelho.
Q Eliminação
A embalagem é feita de materiais não poluentes que podem
ser eliminados nos contentores de reciclagem locais.
As possibilidades de reciclagem dos artigos utilizados poderão ser averi-
guadas no seu Município ou Câmara Municipal.
No interesse da protecção do ambiente, não deite fora este
produto juntamente com o lixo doméstico; entregue-o num ponto
de recolha adequado. Pode informar-se no seu município sobre
os locais de recolha adequados e o seu período de funciona-
mento.
As pilhas avariadas ou gastas têm de ser recicladas de acordo com a
directiva 2006 / 66 / EC. Entregue as pilhas e / ou o aparelho nos locais
específicos destinados à sua recolha.
j Take the battery magazine 3 out of the product by turning the base
4 anti-clockwise and pulling the battery magazine 3 out.
j Insert three 1.5 V / AAA batteries.
Note: Ensure correct polarity. This is indicated on the battery
magazine 3 .
j Push the battery magazine 3 back into the product and screw the
base 4 clockwise into the product again.
Q Switching on / off
j Press the ON / OFF button 2 to switch the torch 1 on.
j Press the ON / OFF button 2 again to switch the torch 1 off.
Q Cleaning and Maintenance
j The device should only be cleaned on the outside with a soft dry
cloth.
j Under no circumstances should you use liquids or detergents, as
these will damage the device.
Q Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which
you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the prod-
uct properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and
not in the household waste. Information on collection points
and their opening hours can be obtained from your local au-
thority.
Faulty or used batteries must be recycled in accordance with Directive
2006 / 66 / EC. Please return the batteries and / or the device to the
available collection points.
J This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and un-
derstand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appli-
ance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
J Do not use the device if it is damaged. Damaged devices represent
a danger of death!
J Under no circumstances should you take the device apart. Improper
repairs may place the user in considerable danger. Repairs should
only be carried out by specialist personnel.

Q Safety Instructions for Batteries
DANGER TO LIFE! Batteries could be swallowed, which could pose
a lethal hazard. If a battery has been swallowed, seek medical help
immediately.
J Remove the batteries from the device if they are not going to be used
for a prolonged period.
J CAUTION! DANGER OF EXPLOSION! The batteries
must never be recharged!
J If necessary, clean the batteries and device contacts before inserting
the batteries.
J Remove spent batteries immediately from the device. There is an
increased danger of leaks!
J Keep batteries away from children; do not throw them in the fire,
short-circuit them or take them apart.
J If the above instructions are not complied with, the batteries may
discharge themselves beyond their end voltage. There is then a danger
of leaking. If the batteries have leaked inside your device, you should
remove them immediately in order to prevent damage to the device!
J Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Any parts
of the body coming into contact with battery acid should be rinsed off
with copious amounts of water and / or a doctor contacted if necessary!
J Always replace all batteries at the same time and only use the same
type of batteries.
J LED cannot be replaced.

Q Sicherheitshinweise zu Batterien
LEBENSGEFAHR! Batterien können verschluckt werden, was lebens-
gefährlich sein kann. Ist eine Batterie verschluckt worden, muss sofort
medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden.
J Entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn sie längere Zeit nicht verwendet
worden sind, aus dem Gerät.
J VORSICHT! EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR! Laden Sie Batteri-
en niemals wieder auf!
J Reinigen Sie Batterie- und Gerätekontakt vor dem Einlegen falls
erforderlich.
J Entfernen Sie erschöpfte Batterien umgehend aus dem Gerät. Es
besteht erhöhte Auslaufgefahr!
J Halten Sie Batterien von Kindern fern, werfen Sie sie nicht ins Feuer,
schließen Sie sie nicht kurz und nehmen Sie sie nicht auseinander.
J Bei Nichtbeachtung der Hinweise können die Batterien über ihre
Endspannung hinaus entladen werden. Es besteht dann die Gefahr des
Auslaufens. Falls die Batterien in Ihrem Gerät ausgelaufen sein sollten,
entnehmen Sie diese sofort, um Schäden am Gerät vorzubeugen!
J Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten. Bei
Kontakt mit Batteriesäure spülen Sie die betroffene Stelle mit reichlich
Wasser ab und / oder suchen Sie einen Arzt auf!
J Wechseln Sie immer alle Batterien gleichzeitig aus und setzen Sie nur
Batterien des gleichen Typs ein.
J LED kann nicht ersetzt werden.
Q Inbetriebnahme
Q Batterien einsetzen / austauschen
(siehe Abbildung)
j Entnehmen Sie das Batterie-Magazin 3 aus dem Produkt, indem Sie
den Boden 4 entgegengesetzt des Uhrzeigersinns abschrauben und
das Batterie-Magazin 3 herausziehen.
j Legen Sie drei Batterien vom Typ 1,5 V / AAA ein.
Hinweis: Achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität. Diese wird auf
dem Batterie-Magazin 3 angezeigt.
j Schieben Sie das Batterie-Magazin 3 wieder in das Produkt und
schrauben Sie den Boden 4 im Uhrzeigersinn auf das Produkt.
Q Ein- / Ausschalten
j Drücken Sie die EIN- / AUS-Taste 2 , um die Taschenlampe 1
einzuschalten.
j Drücken Sie die EIN- / AUS-Taste 2 erneut, um die Taschenlampe 1
auszuschalten.
Q Reinigung und Pflege
j Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur äußerlich mit einem weichen trockenen
Tuch.
j Verwenden Sie in keinem Fall Flüssigkeiten und keine Reinigungsmittel,
da diese das Gerät beschädigen.
Q Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien,
die Sie über die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen können.
Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Produkts erfahren Sie bei
Ihrer Gemeinde oder Stadtverwaltung.
Werfen Sie Ihr Produkt, wenn es aus gedient hat, im Interesse
des Umweltschutzes nicht in den Hausmüll, sondern führen Sie
es einer fachgerechten Entsorgung zu. Über Sammelstellen und
deren Öffnungszeiten können Sie sich bei Ihrer zuständigen
Verwaltung informieren.
Defekte oder verbrauchte Batterien müssen gemäß Richtlinie
2006 / 66 / EC recycelt werden. Geben Sie Batterien und / oder das Ge-
rät über die angebotenen Sammeleinrichtungen zurück.

As pilhas não podem ser eliminadas no lixo doméstico. Podem conter me-
tais pesados tóxicos e são consideradas resíduos perigosos. Os símbolos
químicos dos metais pesados são os seguintes: Cd = cádmio, Hg = mer-
cúrio, Pb = chumbo. Como tal, deposite as pilhas utilizadas num ponto de
recolha adequado do seu município.

Batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic waste. They may
contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment
rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as fol-
lows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dis-
pose of used batteries at a local collection point.
