Unpacking
■ Remove all parts of the appliance and the operating instructions from the box.
■ Remove all packaging material from the appliance and the batteries.
WARNING
► Packaging materials should not be used as a plaything. There is a risk of
suff ocation.
Inserting/exchanging batteries
1) Remove the screw 3 on the underside of the appliance using a Philips screwdriver.
2) Remove the battery compartment cover 4.
3) For exchanging the batteries only: Remove dead batteries from the battery com-
partment.
4) Insert the new batteries (type mignon, AA, LR06). Observe the polarity markings
in the battery compartment.
5) Close the battery compartment cover 4 and screw the screw 3 back in.
Function
■ When you press the activation handle 1, the animal’s mouth opens, the LED 5
lights up and an animal noise can be heard from the speaker 2.
■ When you let go of the activation handle 1, the mouth closes, the LED 5 goes
out and the animal noise, if it can still be heard, stops.
