Before connecting the device to the mains you
should always check the device and the mains
lead for any damage. A damaged device rep-
resents the danger of death from electric shock.

Do not use the device if you find any damage.

CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY AND / OR

Please consult a specialist electrician if you dis-
cover any damage or problems with the device,
or for the performance of repairs to the device.

Never open any of the electrical equipment or
insert any objects into it. Such interventions rep-
resent the danger of death from electric shock.

Never attempt to repair the device or replace
the bulb yourself. The bulb is non-replaceable.

The device, including the bulb, does not contain
any parts which can be serviced by the user.

It is essential that the device does not come into
contact with water or other liquids.

Never touch the mains plug

Protect the power supply cable

edges, mechanical strain and hot surfaces.

Never use the device in the immediate vicinity
of a bathtub, shower or swimming pool.

Do not look directly into the light or its reflection.
Do not aim the light directly at people. This
could produce glare, leading to accidents.

If direct or reflected light strikes your eyes,
close them and move your head immediately
out of the light.

Place the lamp on a level and horizontal surface.

Loosen the hexagonal socket head screw

by turning it anticlockwise using the hexagonal
key

. Bring the lamp pole

into an upright

position. Tighten the hexagonal socket head
screw

by turning it clockwise using the hex-

agonal key

. Screw the adjustment lever

into the lamp head

(see Fig. A). The radius

of movement of the lamp pole

is now fixed

at about 45°. The lamp head

can now no

longer strike the desk top (see Fig. B).

Insert the mains plug

into a socket (230 V∼).

Use the in-line cord switch

to switch the

lamp on and off.

You can adjust the lamp head

by turning it into

the desired direction (350 °) using the adjustment
lever

Maintenance and cleaning

Note: The device requires no maintenance.
The LEDs cannot be replaced.

Do not use any solvents, petrol or similar. This
would cause damage to the light.

Remove the mains plug

from the socket.

CAUTION! DANGER OF ELECTRIC

SHOCK! For electrical safety reasons do not
clean the lamp with water or other liquids and
never immerse it in water.

Always use a dry fluff-free cloth for cleaning
the device.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recy-

clable materials, which you may dispose
of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more
details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please

dispose of the product properly when it has
reached the end of its useful life and not
in the household waste. Information on
collection points and their opening hours
can be obtained from your local authority.
