that you do not hit electrical cables, gas or water
pipes when you drill into the wall. You may have to
check with a cable locator before you drill into the wall.

Drill four holes into the wall on which you want
to mount the electric heated towel rail

(ø 7 mm). Before doing so, measure the
distance required on the longitudinal struts of
the towel dryer

Insert the decorative caps

into the holes for

the base pieces.

Place the dowels

into the boreholes.

Insert the phillips head self-tapping screws

Place the towel dryer onto a level surface.
note: Never use the electric towel drying
when the brakes are not on (“Free“, Fig. G).
Before switching the appliance on, put the
brakes on the casters on (“Lock“, Fig. H).

Before getting started

Before using the appliance for the first time,
check that the power supply corresponds to the
voltage specified on the appliance.

Make sure that no-one can stumble over the
mains cable. Always make sure that the mains
cable goes behind the appliance.

Insert the mains plug

into a socket.

Switch the electric heated towel rail

on by

switching the ON/OFF switch

to the ON

position. The red control light will come on and
the towel dryer will warm up.

Hang the towels onto the electric heated towel
rail

as shown in Figure J.

note: So that the appliance does not overheat,
never hang the towels up so that they overlap
each other (Fig. I).

Before clean-
ing, remove the mains plug from the

socket and always allow the appliance to cool
down completely.

Only clean the outside of the appliance with a
soft, dry cloth.

On no account should you use liquids or deter-
gents as they could damage the appliance.
