Interaction with batteries
WARNING
Risks from improper use!
For safe handling of batteries observe the following safety instructions:
Do not throw batteries into a fi re. ►
Never short-circuit batteries. ►
Do not attempt to recharge batteries. ►
Regularly check the condition of the batteries. Leaking battery acid can ►
cause permanent damage to the appliance. Special caution should be
shown when handling damaged or leaking batteries. Danger from acid
burns! Wear protective gloves.
Store batteries in a place inaccessible to children. When swallowed seek

immediate medical attention.
Do not use new and depleted batteries together.

If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended period, remove ►
the batteries.
