Buttons

A

Turns the printer on or off.

Do not turn off while the power light is flashing (while the printer is operating or processing
data).

Unplug the power cord when the power light is off.

B

Hold this button down for more than three seconds to make Wi-Fi auto setup by using a WPS
button on your access point. See the Network Guide for more details.

C

❏ When a network error occurs, hold this button down for more than three seconds to clear the

error.

❏ Prints the network status sheet allowing you to check the network settings and connection

status. The PIN code for PIN Code Setup (WPS) is also printed.

D

Hold this button down for more than three seconds to run print head cleaning.

E

❏ Loads and ejects paper while the printer is not printing.
❏ Clears print job during printing.
❏ Clears paper and CD/DVD tray errors.

Additional functions are available with different combinations of buttons.

printer's wireless (Wi-Fi) network
connection occurs.
