Touch to check if your updated file was saved in the storage root folder
or check the validity of the file name.

If this function is enabled, your device performance data will be
collected for the purpose of improving the quality and performance
of the device.

11�1 Updates
You can use the Mobile Upgrade tool or FOTA Upgrade tool to update
your phone's software.
11�1�1 Mobile Upgrade
Download Mobile Upgrade from alcatel website
(www.alcatel-mobile.com) and install it on your PC. Launch the tool
and update your phone by following the step by step instructions
(refer to the User Guide provided together with the tool). Your phone’s
software will now have the latest software.
All personal information will be permanently lost following the
update process. We recommend you back up your personal
data using Smart Suite before upgrading.
11�1�2 FOTA Upgrade
Use the FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) Upgrade tool to update your
phone's software. To access Updates, touch the Application tab from
the Home screen, then select Updates or touch Settings > About
phone > Updates.
