Important Notes About Programmed Playback

• After you enter the last track in the memory the PROGRAM indicator will

continue flashing for an additional 10 seconds. If you press the PLAY/PAUSE

button during that 10 second period, playback of the programmed tracks

s

will begin. If the PROGRAM indicator stops flashing before you press the PLAY/

PAUSE

button, the player exits the programmed playback mode and

playback will begin on track 1 as usual. To play the programmed tracks press

the PROGRAM button again and then press the PLAY/PAUSE

button.

• After all programmed tracks have played the player stops but the PROGRAM

indicator remains ‘On’ and the program remains in the memory. If you press

the PLAY/PAUSE

button the programmed tracks will play again.

• To clear the program from the memory after the disc stops press the PROGRAM

button and then press the STOP

button. The PROGRAM indicator goes

s

‘Off’ and the program is cleared. Opening the CD door also clears the program.

However the program cannot be cleared by pressing the POWER button to

shut the unit ‘Off’, or by switching to the radio function.

Program Repeat

You may use the Program and Repeat features together to repeat a programmed

sequence of tracks. Simply enter the desired tracks in the program memory as

described above, then press the REPEAT button twice to select ‘Repeat/All’ (the

Repeat and Program indicators will both come ‘On’). Press PLAY/PAUSE

to

begin Program Repeat playback.
