Taking into Service
Starting the Engine
- Shift the gearshift lever (gearbox) to neutral.
- Set the forward/reverse selector lever (1) to the
neutral position (centre).
- Depress the clutch pedal (gearbox) or inch pedal
(hydrostatic drive).
NOTE
The engine can only be started if the pedal is
fully depressed (starting safety switch).
- Set the hand throttle (2) to idle (push in fully).
- Insert the ignition key and turn the preheat/starter
switch (3) to position 1.
