installed on hot plug SATA/SAS models of the ML310 G2. See the "Storage"
section of these QuickSpecs for information on controllers and cables required to

do not support SATA or SAS Drives.
NOTE: In compliance with the European Union's Reduction of Hazardous
Substances (RoHS) initiative, the Smart Array 641, 642, 6402, and 6404 RAID
controllers will not be installed in ProLiant ML310 G3 servers sold on or after
July 1, 2006. Installation of these options into the ProLiant ML310 G3 would
create a non-compliant server configuration.
