SERVICING YOUR GENERATOR
ENGINE OIL CHANGE
WOOD BLOCKS
OIL MAINTENANCE COVER
OIL FILLER CAP/DIPSTICK
3.5 in (90 mm)
or greater
Drain the oil while the engine is warm to assure rapid and complete
draining.
Turn the engine switch and fuel tank cap vent lever to the OFF
position (see page
) to reduce the possibility of fuel leakage.
Place wood blocks 3.5 in (90 mm) or greater under the generator as
shown.
Remove the engine oil maintenance cover and oil filler cap/dipstick.
