Camcorder
will not turn
on.
Power is off. Press Power Button to turn on.
Battery is not installed or
the battery power level is
too low.
Load battery in camcorder and charge
the battery.
Can’t take
video
Memory is full.
Upload Videos or Photos to a PC/
Laptop, or delete unwanted content
from the camcorder memory.
Power is off. Press Power Button to turn on.
The files on
the memory
card do
not display
smoothly
when the LCD
shows the “
Unsupport
SD Card”
marking.
The SD/SDHC memory
card is too slow or
contains invalid content.
Please use performance
Class 4 or greater
memory cards. If the
issue continues due
to invalid content, try
formatting the CD/SDHC
memory card in the
camcorder settings menu
(see page 30 for details).
