If the OSD is not open, move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard. Scan
mode stops at the currently selected server.

Setting Local Console Switch Security

The OSD enables you to set security on the local port consoles. You can establish a
screen saver mode that engages after the console remains unused for a user-definable
time delay. When engaged, the console remains locked until any key is pressed or the
mouse is moved. You can then enter the password to log in.

Use the Security dialog box to lock your console with password protection, set or
change the password, and enable the screen saver.

NOTE: If a password has been previously set, you must to enter the password before you can
access the Security dialog box.
