SeLeCTiNG TrAiNiNG mODeS

This mode keeps you in the ideal fat burning zone while shaping and toning your body.

Press the WeiGHT LOSS TrAiNiNG key. The LED next to WeiGHT LOSS will light up and WeiGHT LOSS
will scroll across the display.
Press eNTer to select WeiGHT LOSS TrAiNiNG mODe.
Set your maximum resistance using the + / - keys.
Press eNTer to select the maximum resistance.
Set your minimum resistance using the + / - keys.
Press eNTer to select the minimum resistance.
Set the time duration of the workout using the + / - keys.
Press STArT to begin exercising.

TRAINING MODE: WeiGHT LOSS

MANUAL MODE

If you do not want to use a training mode workout, you can use MANUAL MODE instead.
This mode only changes incline or resistance levels when adjusted by the user.

While SeLeCT TrAiNiNG mODe scrolls across the display, press +/- keys until Manual scrolls across
the display and press the eNTer key to select.
Set the time duration of the workout using the + / - keys.
Press STArT to begin exercising.
The resistance level can be adjusted during the workout.
The time will count down from the pre-selected duration.

If you are training for a race or need to increase your stamina, this is the training mode for you.

Press the eVeNT TrAiNiNG key. The LED next to eVeNT TrAiNiNG will light up and eVeNT TrAiNiNG
will scroll across the display.
Press eNTer to select eVeNT TrAiNiNG mODe.
Set your maximum resistance using the + / - keys.
Press eNTer to select the maximum resistance.

Press eNTer to select CArDiO TrAiNiNG mODe.
Set your maximum resistance using the + / - keys.
Press eNTer to select the maximum resistance.
