Routine Maintenance

Disconnect power before maintaining.

3 Months

Replace unreadable labels.

Repair or replace
cracked weld cable.

Clean and tighten weld terminals.

6 Months

Blow out or vacuum inside. During
heavy service, clean monthly.

OR

Remove drive roll
and apply light coat
of oil or grease to
drive motor shaft.

Turn Off unit.

Circuit Breaker CB1

CB1 protects main circuit board PC1
if drive motor shorts or fails. If CB1
opens, wire feeding stops. Check for
gun liner blockage or kinks, and check
for jammed wire, or binding drive rolls.

Circuit Breaker CB2

CB2 protects the trigger circuit from
overload. If CB2 opens, weld output
stops. Check gun switch, and trigger
leads.

Correct problem. Press button to reset
circuit breaker. Close door.
