2. Use the dial pad to enter your local area code.

Set your phone according to the type of service you are subscribed to.
1. Press flash/program button until SET TONE/PULSE TONE PULSE
shows in the display.
2. Use the CID VOL(+) / CID VOL(-) arrow keys to select TONE or PULSE .
TONE is the default.
3. Press the flash/program button to store (if a change is made, you will
hear a confirmation tone).

If you prefer to use the system’s original settings, follow the steps below
to return the answering system to the factory default settings.
1. Press flash/program button until DEFAULT SETTING YES NO shows
in the display.
2. Use the CID VOL(+) / CID VOL(-) arrow keys to select YES or NO. NO is
the default.
3. Press the flash/program button to confirm.
4. If you select YES , you will hear a confirmation tone, and the handset
resets to the following default values:
