The Voice Mail service uses a 24-hour clock (military time), as follows:

8:00 p.m. 2000
9:00 p.m. 2100
10:00 p.m. 2200
11:00 p.m. 2300
NOTE: To compute the 24-hour clock , add 1200 to the a.m. time
to get the p.m. time. For example, adding 1200 to 0200
(2:00 a.m.) gives you 1400 (2:00 p.m.)
Or, subtract 1200 from the p.m. time to get the a.m. time.
For example, subtracting 1200 from 1800 (6:00 p.m.)
gives you 0600 (6:00 a.m.)
