Scroll to a device in the list.

Press the center select key (

) (Pair) to connect

to the device.

If the device requests permission to bond with

your phone, press the center select key (

s

) (YES)

and enter the device PIN code to create a secure

connection with the device. (The PIN code is

typically set to 0000).

Note: See the instructions that came with your

device for the device PIN code and other

information about the device.

When the connection is made, the Bluetooth

indicator or a Bluetooth message displays in the

main screen.

Tip: When Bluetooth power is on, your phone can

automatically connect to a handsfree device you

have used before. Just turn on the device or move

it near the phone.

You can use a Bluetooth connection to transfer files

between your computer and phone.

Note: Your computer’s Bluetooth interface may be

different.

Pair your phone and computer (see “pair with a

headset, handsfree device, or PC”) and place

your phone in discoverable mode.

On your computer, right-click the Bluetooth icon

in your System Tray.

Select “Send a File.”

Click “Browse” to locate your phone name, and

then click “Next.”

Click “Browse” to locate the file you want to

transfer, and then click “Next.”
