Getting More Out of Your Phone
Transfer the Data
Connect your phone (see page 127).
Your phone notifies you when the data call arrives, and transfers
the call to the connected device. You must use the application
running on the connected device to answer the call.
End the Data Connection
When the data transfer is complete:
Using Sync
This feature lets you quickly synchronize your events and
phonebook entries with an Internet server using a wireless
connection.
Creating an Internet Sync Partner
To enter a computer as a Sync partner for your phone:
Your phone opens a Partner Details list:

> Sync > New
Detail Description
Partner Name A common name you assign to
the computer (such as “Work
server”)
Server URL The URL for the server (you can
omit “http://”)
