On your ATC RG unit, make sure the
reception indicator light is off while your
unit is turned on. This indicator light is
inside your unit next to the optical
connector. If the indicator light is on (red)
and you have separate optical cables, switch
the cables in the optical connector of your
Matrox product.

Note: If the reception indicator lights on your interface card and your ATC RG unit are red
after changing the cables, your optical cable may be damaged. Try your connection with a
different optical cable.
