Installing Your V.90 Modems (Windows 2000)
Follow the procedures below to install your V.90 modems in a Windows 2000 operating system.
1. Click Start | Settings | Control Panel | Phone and Modems option.
2. The Location Information dialog box is displayed.
Note: This is for first-time instal;lations only.
Enter the appropriate location information and click OK.
3. The Phone and Modem Options dialog box is displayed. Click on the Modems tab.
Click Add.
4. The Add/Remove Hardware Wizard dialog box is displayed.
Check (click) the “Don’t detect my modem; I will select it from a list.” option and then click Next >.
