The buttons used for operating the TV only are described here.

POWER

turns the TV on and off.

Press POWER to turn the TV on. Press POWER again to turn
the TV off (standby mode).

RECALL

displays TV settings on-screen (page 50)

SLEEP

sets the TV to turn off at a specific time (page 46)

TV/VIDEO

selects the video input source (page 44)

MUTE

mutes the sound (page 47)

Device Switch

switches between TV, CBL/SAT, VCR, and DVD
(Pages 17–19) Set to “TV” to control the TV.

CH (channel)

y z

cycles through programmed channels (page 25)

Channel Numbers

(0–9, 100) allow direct access to channels (page 25)

VOL (volume)

y z

adjusts the volume level

CH RTN

switches between the last two viewed channels (page 26)

MENU

opens the menu system (page 22)

ENTER

activates the function settings in the menu or selects the next
menu (page 22)
