Using the Gray screen function
With the Gray screen function On, the screen will automatically turn
gray and the sound will be muted when no signal is being received.
1. Press MENU, and then press
x or • until the FUNCTION
menu appears.
2. Press
y or z to highlight GRAY SCREEN.
3. Press
x or • to select OFF, or ON.

Selecting the gray level of the side panels
Select the gray level of the boundary lines between the side panels and
picture in 4:3 mode.
To adjust the gray level:
1. Press MENU, and then press
x or • until the FUNCTION
menu appears.
2. Press
y or z to highlight SIDE PANEL.
