Using a rear view camera
• To use a rear view camera, the reverse gear signal lead connection is required. For connecting a rear view camera,

To deactivate the rear view camera, select <Off>
for <Camera Input>.
Rear View Camera Operations
Displaying the picture from the
rear view camera
The rear view screen is displayed when you shift the
gear to the reverse (R) position.
To display the operating buttons, touch the screen.
[ ] Hides/displays the operating buttons
on the screen.
[ ] Adjusts the picture. (

[Bottom][Top] Adjusts the position of the caution
message.
• While picture from the rear view camera is displayed,
only volume adjustment and disc ejection are
available.
• If the picture from the rear view camera is displayed
even though the gear lever is in a position other than
reverse (R), press and hold or to erase the
picture from the rear view camera, then try one of the
following:
– Perform steps 1 and 2 in “Activating the
rear view camera” (
☞ left), then change the
<Reverse Signal Polarity> setting in step 3.
– Check the connection of the reverse gear signal
lead.
