Phone Support
The Phone Support menu allows you to access customer service assistance and
information about your account by launching the web browser.

Phone Info
The Phone Info screen displays information about your handset’s current hardware
and software. The Icon Glossary option can help you identify a display icon whose
function you have forgotten.
1.
Activate the main menu, highlight the Phone Support menu, and
press .
2.
Select Phone Info.
3.
Select Phone Number, Icon Glossary, Version, or Advanced.
Security
See "Security" on page 94 for information on security settings.
Live Assistance
This function allows you to call for Directory Assistance.
1.
Activate the main menu, highlight the Phone Support menu, and
press .
2.
Select Live Assistance.
3.
Select Client Care. To call the number, press
.
Account Info
1.
Activate the main menu, highlight the Phone Support menu, and
press .
2.
Select Account Info. The web browser will launch and you can view
your account information.
Add New Services
1.
Activate the main menu, highlight the Phone Support menu, and
press .
2.
Select Add New Services.
3.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add new services to your account.
1.The Live Assistance, Account Info, Add New Services, and Text Assistance sub-
menus may not be available depending on the UI version configured for your
phone.
