Greeting

To set up a custom greeting:

1.

Activate the main menu, highlight the Settings menu, and press

.

2.

Select Display.

Select Greeting.

4.

Select Custom using the navigation key and press

.

5.

Press and hold

to clear the existing greeting.

6.

Use the keypad to enter a new custom greeting.

7.

Press the left softkey

for DONE.

Note

: Greeting menu does not appear when using the Bell phone interface.

Messages

See "Settings" on page 50 for information on messaging settings.

Text Entry

The Text Entry menu allows you to customize how predictive text entry mode
functions on your handset. For more information, see "Predictive Text" on page
21.

Activate the main menu, highlight the Settings menu, and press

Select Text Entry.

Using the navigation keys, select one of the options and press

: The Help option provides additional information on using predictive text (T9

text entry) mode. Scroll up or down using the navigation keys. When you are
