Using the answering machine in the C 150 Base

Playing messages

The received date and time of each message is logged (provided this function is set,

page 14). If Calling Line Identification is activated, then the caller's number or name is

displayed.
New messages that have not yet been played are indicated by a message in the display

and by the

ö

key flashing on the base.

Pressing

f

starts the playback with the first new message. If there are no new mes-

sages, the old messages are played back. After the last new message, the old ones are

played back. You now hear the end tone.
Once they have been played, new messages are added to the list after the old ones.
If you want to listen again to messages you have already played, you must select the

answering machine list.

Stop and skip forward/back during playback

Adding the telephone number of a message to the directory
You can add a telephone number to the directory. During playback:

Open caller/answering machine list.

Select the menu item and confirm. The playback

starts.
The loudspeaker activates.

The answering machine reverts to idle status if playback is interrupted for

more than a minute.
