Activating/deactivating advisory tones

Your handset uses 'advisory tones' to tell you about different activities and statuses. The

following advisory tones can be activated and cancelled individually (the default setting

is On).

Key click: Every key press is confirmed.

Acknowledge tones:
– Confirmation tone (rising tone sequence): at the end of an input/setting, when

the handset is placed in the base and when an SMS or a new entry arrives in the

caller list or also answering machine list (C 150).

– Error tone (a falling tone sequence): with incorrect inputs.

– End of menu tone: when scrolling at the end of a menu.

Battery tone: The batteries must be charged.
