4. Entering a URL or IP address results in a timeout error.
Follow the steps below to solve this problem:
step1. Check if other PCs can connect to the network without problems. If
they can, ensure the problem PC’s IP settings are correct (IP address,
subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS)
step2. Check the BroadGuard Internet settings (IP address, subnet mask,
default gateway, and DNS) in Status (Figure 62). If there is no
information shown on the screen, it means that your BSP has a
problem
