Videos on a memory card are recorded in H.264 format that is convenient to e-mail and share with your friends and
family. You can also take photos on a memory card.
You can record or play back on the selected storage media.

MEDIA FOR YOUR CAMCORDER
You can select a desired storage mode to record videos or photos separately. To record videos, you can select a
disc or a memory card. To take photos, select the memory card. Now, enjoy your camcorder!
STEP1: Selecting a suitable memory card
You can use commercially available SDHC(SD High Capacity) or SD memory cards with this
camcorder. Use suitable memory cards. page 61
Make sure to format all memory cards on this camcorder before using.
