Message Editor
i Press E. Select the Quick Access feature or after the
tone, say the Voice Tag name.
The Message Editor is used to edit the currently selected message
and then to either send the modified message or store it in your
Outgoing Messages list. See How to Create and Edit SMS
Messages, for more information on using the Message Editor.
VoiceNotes
The VoiceNotes™ feature allows you to record a number of
personal voice messages or to record conversations during a
phone call. You can selectively delete your VoiceNotes™ or erase
them all at once. You can also tag an alarm to a VoiceNote™ and
have it play back to remind you when the alarm expires. See
Using VoiceNotes™, for more information.
Answering Machine 1
This feature allows the caller to record messages in your phone
when the call is not answered after a specified number of rings.
The caller will hear an announcement, which you can personalise,
followed by a beep to indicate the start of the recording.
Recording ends when the caller terminates the call or when the
phone runs out of memory.
You can answer the call at any time by pressing O. To
disconnect the call, press C.
1. This feature is not available in all countries.
AThis feature is not available when:
• there is an incoming call and a recording is already in progress
• there is an incoming call and you are already in a call
• voice call is diverted or if you have subscribed to Voice Mail.
AThe Answering Machine icon (±) lights if there is any
unread voice messages. It is turned off when all messages
are read.
AThe duration of VoiceNote™ together with Answering
Machine should not exceed 3 minutes.
Play New
This option plays all the new messages, that is, messages which
have not been played before. Use
ª© and ª« keys to scroll
between messages.
Play All
This option plays all messages, both new and old. Use ª© and
ª« keys to scroll between messages.
Play Announcement
This option plays the announcement the caller will hear.
Record Announcement
This option allows you to record, up to 10 seconds, your own
personalised announcement.
