Making and Receiving Calls

To make an entry in the phonebook or view an existing entry’s
speed dial number, see “Storing a Phonebook Entry” on page
88.

Dialling With 1-Touch Dial

You can call phonebook entries 1 to 9 with the push of a single
key. Just press and hold the one-digit speed dial number for one
second.

To store entries in locations 1 to 9 in the phonebook, see
“Storing a Phonebook Entry” on page 88.

Note: You must specify which phone number list you want to
use with this feature: phone memory phonebook, fixed dial list,
or SIM card phonebook. See “1-Touch Dial Preference” on page
99.

Dialling a Number In a Text Message

If you receive a text message with an embedded
phone number, you can dial the number directly.
